Privacy Policy

What happens to the information you send through our quote form, in plain terms.

Who we are

Brighton Garage Door Help is run by Shiroma Studios (Centennial, Colorado). Brighton Garage Door Help is a referral service. We are not a garage door contractor and we don't do repairs or installations ourselves. We pass your request to independent local garage door companies that do.

What the quote form collects

• Your name
• Your contact info: phone number, and email if you give it
• Your town (and ZIP code if you give it)
• The service you need and how urgent it is
• Your message describing the problem

We also note which page you sent the form from. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, and this site doesn't set its own cookies. Our hosting provider handles basic technical data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and block abuse.

Who we share it with

• One or more independent local garage door companies that serve your area, so they can contact you about this job. Once they have your request, their own privacy practices apply.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores requests.

We don't sell your information to anyone else, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing. We don't make autodialed or prerecorded calls or send mass texts, and we don't share your request for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while it's being handled and for our referral records afterward. We delete it if you ask.

Deletion and questions

To see, correct or delete your information, email shiromastudios@gmail.com. Include the phone number you used so we can find your request. We'll confirm once it's done.
